We maintain an FTP (File Transfer Protocol) to transfer the retrieved files to the client for verification after the successful recovery. The client using the correct username and password can access the file structure downloading it from ftp-server. You will not be able to open the files, because it is only file structure, there is no real files on ftp. Using Firefox browser for FTP transfers makes it easy for you to browse and read retrieved files.
Follow the instructions to get the list of files from ftp-server.
Enter the address of ftp-server www.vitaldata.ca/ftp-login.html on Firefox browser.
Enter your user name and password. Press Login.
You will see the names of two files fdv.exe and files.fdv.
Right-click on the file fdv.exe and press Save link as. to Desktop.
Repeat the same procedure (step 4) for files.fdv.
Find the files fdv.exe and files.fdv on your Desktop folder.
Run, double clicking fdv.exe. There is a message.
You will see Directory viewer menu. Click Open.
In 'Look in' pop-up menu choose Desktop and Open.
Choose files.fdv, open them. You will see the list of recovered files.
